Resolved - At this time Toll's systems are working as normal.

Monitoring - Toll have advised us that the issue has been resolved. We have started to push through shipments successfully but will continue to monitor the performance.

Update - We have received confirmation from Toll that this is an outage on their side. At this time there is no estimated time for it to be restored.

Identified - Toll's systems are currently unavailable which means we are unable to transmit consignment and pick-up information to them.

As a result Toll rates and not available to our retail customers.

For users with their own Toll accounts you can still create shipments and will received labels, however we will not be able to send this information to Toll which will affect tracking. We also cannot book pick-ups on your account at this time.

Resolved - The Aus Post systems now appear to be stable and we have completed processing of failed shipments and manifests. Please contact our support desk should you require further assistance.

Update - We are continuing to process the queue of failed shipments. This is proceeding well but at this time we are still seeing failures when attempting to close manifests. Therefore PDF manifests for today's shipments on Aus Post and Startrack are not available at this time.

Monitoring - We have been advised that the Aus Post and Startrack systems are now restored. We have started the process of sending queued shipments and manifests.

Update - There have been no further updates from Australia Post at this time. Unfortunately this means we are still unable to generate labels for Australia Post or Startrack shipments. It also means that manifests cannot be generated for those carriers at this time. We will be attempting to generate manifests once the systems are restored although the nature of this issue means that this process may take a little while to complete.

Identified - Australia Post and Startrack systems are currently unavailable which means we cannot produce labels for shipments booked with either carrier. All requests have been queued and will be sent to Australia Post when their systems become available again.
