We are continuing to process the queue of failed shipments. This is proceeding well but at this time we are still seeing failures when attempting to close manifests. Therefore PDF manifests for today's shipments on Aus Post and Startrack are not available at this time.

We have been advised that the Aus Post and Startrack systems are now restored. We have started the process of sending queued shipments and manifests.

There have been no further updates from Australia Post at this time. Unfortunately this means we are still unable to generate labels for Australia Post or Startrack shipments. It also means that manifests cannot be generated for those carriers at this time. We will be attempting to generate manifests once the systems are restored although the nature of this issue means that this process may take a little while to complete.

Australia Post have advised that they have implemented a fix on their side. We are starting to process failed requests and will advise further shortly.

Australia Post and Startrack systems are currently unavailable which means we cannot produce labels for shipments booked with either carrier. All requests have been queued and will be sent to Australia Post when their systems become available again.
