Unfortunately we are still experiencing issues booking Toll pick-ups due to an issue within their system. We are continuing to chase Toll for a resolution to the problem.

We have confirmed that this is due to an issue in Toll's systems. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time but continue to get updates from Toll. Shipping labels are being created as normal so customers with scheduled pick-ups are not impacted.
