Update - As of 21st May 2020 Toll's systems remain largely offline and there is still no update on when they are likely to be restored. Occasional updates are being provided by Toll at this address: https://www.tollgroup.com/toll-it-systems-updates.

There is no change to our position - Toll rates remain unavailable to our retail customers. For customers with their own Toll accounts we can produce consignment labels and our understanding is that shipments will be processed manually by Toll. We cannot provide consignment data to Toll and are not receiving any tracking updates.

May 15, 10:20 AEST
Update - This outage is a result of Toll taking their systems offline to investigate a security incident. More information is available here: https://www.tollgroup.com/toll-it-systems-updates.

At this stage we expect their systems to be unavailable until Friday 8th May 2020.
May 5, 15:36 AEST
Identified - Toll's systems are currently unavailable which means we are unable to transmit consignment and pick-up information to them.

As a result Toll rates and not available to our retail customers.

For users with their own Toll accounts you can still create shipments and will receive labels, however we will not be able to send this information to Toll which will affect tracking. We also cannot book pick-ups on your account at this time.
